Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS)

Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS): The Intellectual Property Law Society (IPLS) offers a forum for the exploration of traditional areas of intellectual property law comprising patent, trademark, and copyright law as well as other related areas such as antitrust and entertainment law. In recent years, this aspect of the University of Iowa College of Law curriculum has developed significantly and has attracted increasing interest from both students and prospective employers.

Journal of Corporation Law

The Journal of Corporation Law is the nation’s oldest student-published legal periodical specializing in corporate law. The JCL is run by students elected by their peers from within its membership and is advised by IBL faculty member Prof. Sean Sullivan.
