During the Fall 2015 semester, the law school will offer a substantial number of courses dealing with intellectual property, competition, and corporate law, including the first of two Innovation, Business, & Law Colloquia. The fall semester colloquium, Intangible Assets and the Firm, will feature a series of six nationally renowned scholars in antitrust, business, and intellectual property law who will present their work. “I’m excited that this course will be on the schedule next semester,” said Professor Jason Rantanen. “It offers students an opportunity to directly engage with cutting edge scholarship that slice across an array of important legal subjects.”
